A series of integrated projects to help USF complete the reorganization, restructuring, and redesign of the Division of Student Affairs in the context of the mission, vision, and direction of the institution; those projects include a reassessment and strategic re-invention of Student Affairs, the development of a long-term strategic planning process (and the creation of required capacity through professional development and training) in Student Affairs, and the institution of a broadly based assessment process centered in the documentation and measurement of student learning outcomes.
