
Rehshetta Wells, MS
Analyst and Consulting Associate
Rehshetta applies her experience and exceptional research and analytical skills to projects across the K&A Consulting Service. Her collaborative work, with consultants and project teams, includes compiling data, conducting comparative research, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative information that informs project outcomes and objectives. Her experience with adult learners, veterans, and refugee communities brings a unique and highly valued perspective to K&A’s work.
Rehshetta earned her Bachelor of Science in Community and Justice Studies from Guilford College, where she served as a Peer Mentor in the Department of Career Services, a site coordinator for the Bonner Center for Community Service and Engagement, as well as a class co-facilitator in the Justice and Policy Studies Department. She completed her Master of Science in Adult Education at North Carolina A&T State University, where she previously served as a Graduate Assistant working with student athletes in the Center for Academic Success. For her fervent commitment to the community, Rehshetta has received several awards including the Nettie Coad Activism award.
Rehshetta currently resides in Greensboro, NC with her husband and two children. She is a self proclaimed “data nerd” who enjoys feeding her family and friends, laughing loudly, singing off key, and is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
