Alex Vasquez, who earlier served K&A as a vice president and senior consultant, is now Principal of Integrated Strategy Consulting, a boutique firm that supports colleges and universities through strategic planning, organizational development, and executive coaching. As an affiliate consultant, Dr. Vasquez continues to partner with Keeling & Associates to provide strategy and leadership depth, an equity lens, and an institution-wide perspective to planning, leadership, and change efforts.

Dr. Vasquez brings more than 20 years of campus leadership experience and has consulted with colleges and universities across the country. He is a trusted strategic partner to a growing and diverse community of institutional leaders. His work helps institutions design strategy, strengthen programs and services, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion to improve student and organizational outcomes.

Earlier, Dr. Vasquez served as Dean of Students at Amherst College and held integrative academic and student affairs roles at Wheaton College (Massachusetts) and Colgate University. He earned a Ph.D. from Boston College, and M.S. and  B.S. degrees from the State University of New York at Albany. He currently teaches in the Executive Doctoral Program in Higher Education at Boston College.
