Gordon Winsor
Consultant
Gordon joined K&A in 2007 and has managed more than 150 searches in the past eight years, working in partnership with other consultants at K&A. He is responsible for writing proposals and providing support at all stages of the search process to ensure K&A meets the needs of clients and candidates and that each search is executed efficiently. Gordon was instrumental in planning and launching K&A’s Executive Search Service in 2012. While the majority of his work at K&A has been focused on Executive Search, he also has experience across a range of K&A consulting functions, with particular depth in assessment and in student health and counseling reviews.
Prior to joining the firm, Gordon spent five years managing data, research, and assessment efforts for AlcoholEdu. Before that, he worked in the market research field, as a research associate at Chadwick Martin Bailey and for the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC) as a research coordinator.
Gordon leverages his expertise in data management and analytics to address client-specific priorities when developing and executing customized search strategies. He developed the specialized tools that K&A uses to track and report progress in search projects, and his dedication to providing an excellent search experience for both clients and candidates has brought particular distinction to K&A’s work. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and resides in Bristol, Rhode Island with his wife and two children.
