Gordon Winsor

Executive Director, Search Services

Gordon joined K&A in 2007 and has managed more than 250 searches, working in partnership with other consultants at K&A. He is responsible for writing proposals and providing support at all stages of the search process to ensure K&A meets the needs of clients and candidates and that each search is executed efficiently. Gordon was instrumental in planning and launching K&A’s Executive Search Service in 2012. While the majority of his work at K&A has been focused on Executive Search, he also has experience across a range of K&A consulting functions, with particular depth in assessment and in student health and counseling reviews.

Prior to joining the firm, Gordon spent five years managing data, research, and assessment efforts for AlcoholEdu. Prior to that, he gained experience in market research as a research associate at Chadwick Martin Bailey and served as a research coordinator for the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC).

Gordon applies his expertise in data management and analytics to develop tailored search strategies that align with client priorities. He also designed  K&A’s specialized tools for tracking and reporting search progress, enhancing efficiency throughout the process. His commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates has brought particular distinction to K&A’s work. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and resides in Bristol, Rhode Island with his wife and two children.
