As Project Associate, Tennessee provides integral support to our project teams throughout all stages of their work. She places a strong emphasis on communication and attention to detail, and she works closely with K&A’s consultants to maximize their expertise and generate high quality results for our clients.

As an undergraduate student, Tennessee discovered a passion for Student Affairs and did extensive work in areas such as Residence Life, New Student and Family Programs, Fraternity and Sorority Affairs, and Student Leadership Development. Additionally, she gained experience gathering and analyzing survey data, designing and reviewing qualitative assessments, and had the opportunity to assist with organizational accreditation projects. Prior to joining K&A, she served as store manager for a local juice and smoothie bar, a role which helped her hone the strong communicative, organizational, and logistical skills she brings to K&A.

Tennessee received her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Winthrop University, with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. Born and raised in North Carolina, she now resides just across state lines in South Carolina. Outside of work, you can usually find her trying new recipes, spoiling her rescue kitten, and searching the greater Charlotte metropolitan area for the perfect iced latte.
